Colour Therapy

Colour therapy is an ancient healing art that has been practiced for centuries and works on the body's natural energies.

Every colour like every sound has its own individual wavelength which vibrates at a certain frequency.  Colour therapists beleive that particles in the cells of the body also vibrate at a particular frequency and when these frequencies are disrupted this can result in dis-harmony.

A treatment aims to rebalance the body's energies by intorducing colours which either stimulate or calm the body's energies which are out of balance and not working in harmony.

Colour can be absorbed into the body in numerous ways, for example, with the application of silk scarves, the use of coloured oils, visually and by the colour of the clothes we wear and our environment.

The relaxing effect of colour therapy helps to relieve stress, depression, headaches, fear and anxiety.

A treatment takes approximately 30 minutes with the client remaining fully clothed.
