Panic or Panic Disorder

Panic attacks or Panic Disorder as it is sometimes referred to, is where a person has regular and recurring panic attacks that sometimes come completely out of the blue and they can happen for no obvious reason.  Panic Attacks are extremely common, they make people feel scared and powerless but people can learn how to cope and deal with their panic attacks which in time helps people to overcome them.
