Mental health issues can affect anyone at any time in their lives. You may be struggling to make sense of what is going on and not know how to cope, manage your illness or who you can talk to. The group can offer you a range of support either through group activities or on a one to one basis.
The current schedule of the activities is attached above and include
Men’s and Women’s Groups
Arts, Craft and Jewellery
Tai-Chi, Lear Italian, IT, Music and Singing
We hope that by engaging with the group you will feel more confident, motivated, less isolated and have better coping and self management skills. Some comments made by those participating in activities :

The group lifts peoples mood when depressed and cheers you up

I now have something to get up for and look forward to
